Day two of the Disney Pro Soccer Classic ended with a lot of action, a lot of goals, and two ties as a result.
USL team Orlando SC took on Toronto FC in a rematch from last year's third place game, in which Orlando won 1-0. This time was a bit different as the USL squad was not able to get past Toronto keeper Stefan Frei a third time, as they tied 2-2.
Orlando City took the lead early in the 17th minute with a penalty kick by John Rooney. Toronto responded only six minutes later with a deflected free kick by Miguel Aceval.
Orlando regained the lead with a Kevin Molino strike after beating the Toronto offside trap. However less than three minutes later Torsten Frings beat the goalkeeper for the equalizer.
Orlando had many chances to pull ahead in the last thirty minutes of the match, but the Toronto keeper made some fantastic saves to save the tie.
Then Swedish club BK Hacken took on FC Dallas in the full return of 2010 MLS League MVP David Ferreira who played all 90 minutes returning from an ankle injury last April.
It was a fierce but scoreless first half until Fabian Castillo put in a goal in the dying seconds of extra time to put FC Dallas in the lead. They held the lead until the 79th minute when BK Hacken's Mattias Östberg put it in the back of the net for the equalizer. That proved to be the final score.
