Sporting KC vs. D.C. United: MLS preseason game No. 5, starting lineups

You can't play a game without a starting lineup, and we've got both of them right here.

Sporting Kansas City and D.C. United are set to square off in just under an hour's time from sunny Orlando, Fla., in their second game of the 2013 Disney Pro Soccer Classic. With just 17 days to go until the 2013 Major League Soccer regular season opener for both teams, each side will be looking to focus on certain things in Wednesday night's matchup.

The starting lineups are in for both teams, and they are as follows:

For a second straight game, Chance Myers is absent with a right leg injury suffered almost two weeks ago now. Designated Player Claudio Bieler starts his third preseason game in a row for Sporting KC, while midfielder Graham Zusi - who scored Sporting's only goal in a 2-1 loss to Montreal Impact on Saturday - is rested. Zusi looked in fine form with two weeks to go before the season starts.

Also rested is captain Jimmy Nielsen in goal. Nielsen looked sharp enough on Saturday, and head coach Peter Vermes won't want to risk the emotional leader of the club in a meaningless preseason game. Benny Feilhaber plays once again, so along with Bieler, he'll be the one to keep an eye on.
