The Major Arena Soccer League released the full 2014-2015 schedule Tuesday and the Missouri Comets fifth season looks to be their best schedule yet. All home games are on the weekend with six Saturday, three Friday and one Sunday afternoon match. Even the road dates are good with only one mid-week game at Milwaukee.

In the off-season, the former MISL teams and the PASL merged to form the MASL, a 24-team league with a nationwide presence including teams in Mexico.

The Comets kick off the season and the new league on the road versus the Dallas Sidekicks on Saturday, October 25th. The defending MISL champions follow that up on November 8th with a match at the defending PASL champion Chicago Mustangs in what will surely be billed as a clash of champions.

The home opener on November 15th will be a familiar foe in rival Milwaukee but that will be followed up by teams the fans have not seen in recent years with teams from Wichita, Tulsa, Chicago, San Diego and Seattle.

"Our fans, who are the best indoor soccer fans anywhere, are really going to enjoy having these new teams come to the IEC," said Comets Head Coach Vlatko Andonovski via press release. "We're also excited for these teams to come here and feel the energy and excitement that fills the Events Center when we play at home, which gives us such an incredible advantage."
