Peter G. Aiken-USA TODAY Sports
Sporting Kansas City and Major League Soccer released their 2016 league schedule Tuesday, which includes 15 matches on a Sunday and several nationally televised games.

Sporting will open on the road to the Seattle Sounders March 6 and will open up Children's Mercy Park on March 12 against the Vancouver Whitecaps.

Orlando City SC and former friend Aurelien Collin will make their first trip to Sporting Park on May 15, while New York City FC will make their first trip to Kansas City on July 10.

Brad Davis will return to Houston for the first time on May 7.

The season will close on October 23 with a home match against San Jose. Since there's no good way to cleanly put the full schedule in this article just yet, here is the link to the full slate of matches.
