Sporting Kansas City announced on Friday that they signed midfielder Tyler Pasher and goalkeeper Adrian Zendejas to MLS contract. They became the first Swope Park Rangers to make it to Sporting Kansas City.

Both players are under contract for 2017 with options for 2018, 2019 and 2020.

Pasher is a 22-year-old who can play either left back or left winger and appeared in 28 matches for the Rangers in 2016. He had five goals and four assists. He also played with Sporting Kansas City in their CONCACAF Champions League match against the Vancouver Whitecaps on Sept. 13.

Zendejas was a midseason acquisition for the Rangers as he came onto the scene in June but didn’t make his debut until August. The 21-year-old became the regular starter for the Rangers and went 8-1-0 in his tenure, with the only loss coming in the USL Cup final. He came up through the Tijuana youth system and featured with their U-20 side.

Pasher is a Canadian international and will occupy an international spot on Sporting KC’s roster and has played for the Canadian national team youth sides.

Here is how the full roster looks with the addition of Pasher and Zendejas.
