Sporting KC continues to bring in the dough after trading away an International Roster Spot to New York City FC today. Naturally, terms of the deal were not disclosed so it is unknown just how much Targeted Allocation Money Kansas City has acquired in the move.

Official Transaction: Sporting Kansas City (MLS) acquires Targeted Allocation Money from New York City FC (MLS) in exchange for a 2016 international roster spot.

Things brings SKC down to 7 international spots this season. Currently occupying 6 slots are Nuno Andre Coelho, Jimmy Medranda, Soni Mustivar, Jordi Quintilla, Diego Rubio and Daniel Salloi.

This leaves one open spot. I would imagine they are keeping this open throughout the season for if/when they decide to bring up Kevin Oliveira from the Swope Park Rangers.
