On Campus: Academy Players to Meet for Spot at College Cup

The NCAA men’s tournament is down to eight teams after this weekend’s action and the elite eight match up will see two teams with Sporting Kansas City academy players on the teams playing. Matthew Lewis and Fordham defeated the sixth seeded Duke on penalty kicks to advance and take on Zach Wright and the third seeded University of North Carolina next weekend. The winner of that match up will earn a trip to the College Cup in Philadelphia the following weekend.
