On Campus: Conference Tournaments in Full Swing

The business end of the college soccer season has started, with conference tournaments having already kicked off or kicking off this week. Some teams, like UCSB, and surprisingly, North Carolina are already out of the tournament, UNC after being upset by Notre Dame in the ACC tournament. Here’s a full run down of how Sporting Kansas City academy players did in college.

Class of 2013

Seo-In Kim (UCSB) - MF - RSr - Came on as a substitute in UCSB's 1-0 loss to UC Riverside.

Wes White (Coastal Carolina) - F - RSr - Came on as a substitute in Coastal Carolina's 2-1 win over Howard. Did not play in Coastal Carolina's 3-1 win over Georgia State.

Class of 2014

Heath Honold (West Virginia) - F - Sr - Did not play in West Virginia's 2-1 win over SIU Edwardsville.

Mason Leonard (Drake) - D - Sr - Started Drake's 0-0 draw with Missouri State.

Blake Levine (Baker) - F - Sr - Started Baker's 2-1 win over Culver-Stockton.

Matthew Lewis (Fordham) - D - Sr - Started both Fordham's 3-2 win over UMass and 3-2 win over Dayton, recording an assist in the second game.

Andy Lopez (North Carolina) - MF - RJr - Did not play in UNC's 2-1 loss to Notre Dame.

Noah Mudd (Trevecca) - D - Sr - Season over.

Joey Piatczyc (West Virginia) - MF - Sr - Out for the season.

Zach Wright (North Carolina) - F - Sr - Started and had an assist in UNC's 2-1 loss to Notre Dame.

Class of 2015

Andrew Blalock (Drake) - GK - RSo - Did not play in Drake's 0-0 draw with Missouri State.

Robert DeWitt III (Xavier) - MF - Jr - Did not play in either of Xavier's games.

Jack Freeman (Furman) - D - RSo - Came on as a substitute in Furman's 7-1 win over VMI.

Bryce Gibson (Creighton) - D - Jr - Started both Creighton's 3-1 loss to Georgetown and 3-1 loss to St. John's.

Nic Jaimes (Drake) - MF - Jr - Started Drake's 0-0 draw with Missouri State.

Ryan Krutz (Notre Dame) - GK - Jr - Came on as a substitute in Notre Dame's 5-0 win over Pitt. Did not play in Notre Dame's 2-1 win over UNC.

Zane Moxley (Air Force) - D - Jr - Out for the season.

Alexis Quevedo (UMKC) - MF - Jr - Came on as a substitute in UMKC's 2-1 loss to Air Force.

Hector Solorio (Niagara) - MF - Jr - Did not play in Niagara's 4-0 loss to Monmouth.

Tucker Stephenson (Loyola) - F - Jr - Did not play in Loyola's 1-0 loss to Evansville.

Bailey Weeks (Northeastern State University) - D - RSo - Started both Northeastern's 2-1 win over Upper Iowa and 1-0 loss to Lindenwood.

Class of 2016

Dakota Karns (Missouri State) - MF - RFr - Came on as a substitute in Missouri State's 0-0 draw with Drake.

Ryan Kellogg (West Virginia) - D - So - Started West Virginia's 2-1 win over SIU Edwardsville.

John Leisman (Yale) - F - So - Started Yale's 2-0 loss to UConn, came on as a substitute in Yale's 0-0 draw with Brown.

Logan Lucas (West Virginia) - D - So - Started West Virginia's 2-1 win over SIU Edwardsville.

Andrew McLeod (Northwestern) - D - So - Did not play in Northwestern's 3-2 win over Rutgers. Came on as a substitute in Northwestern's 4-1 loss to Michigan.

Absalom Solorio (Niagara) - MF - So - Out for the season.

Christian Albelo (Marquette) - D - Fr - Did not play in Marquete's 3-1 loss to DePaul.

Chase Bromstedt (Tulsa) - D/MF - Fr - Started and scored 2 goals in Tulsa's 6-0 win over Memphis.

Joe Corner (Gonzaga) - MF - Fr - Came on as a substitute in Gonzaga's 1-0 loss to Portland.

Leroy Enzugusi (Drake) - F - Fr - Started Drake's 0-0 draw with Missouri State.

Alex Kaddah (Denver) - MF - Fr - Did not play in Denver's 1-0 win over Western Illinois.
