Juice Boxes and Post Game Stats: Comets Play Two this Weekend

Stats and milestones from a pair of Comets games this weekend.

The Kansas City Comets played a pair of games this weekend, Friday night on the road in Milwaukee against the Wave, the Comets fell behind 9-0 early in the third quarter before making the game closer with a comeback, but fell 11-7. Then on Sunday at home, the Comets played a see-saw battle against the Cedar Rapids Rampage. Unfortunately, two goals in the fourth quarter and another in overtime saw the Comets fall to 1-3 on the season after an 8-7 loss to the Rampage.

Leo Gibson made his 140th appearance, breaking his tie with Harris for 2nd all time on that list.

Milan Ivanovic's goal was his 22nd league goal for the team, breaking his tie with Andre Braithwaite for 13th all time on that list.

Kiel Williams made his 37th appearance in all competitions, breaking his tie with Andre Braithwaite for 20th all time on that list.

Williams made his 30th appearance in league play for the Comets, tying him with Braithwaite for 20th all time on that list.
