A look at some stats and milestones from Sporting KC’s win over San Jose.

Last night in Sporting Kansas City’s 2-1 win over the San Jose Earthquakes, a couple Sporting players hit some career milestones and others moved further up rankings in KC history. Here are some stats from last night’s game.

Matt Besler started his 234th game in all competitions for KC, tying him with Davy Arnaud for 3rd all time on that list.

Dom Dwyer made his 100th league start for Kansas City, he's the 25th player to hit that mark for the club.

Benny Feilhaber scored his 25th league goal for KC, he's the 11th player to hit that mark for KC.

At 32 years, 58 days, Feilhaber is the 14th oldest goal scorer for Kansas City in both league play and in all competitions, moving up from 17th.

His goal was his 29th in all competitions for KC, tying him with Graham Zusi for 10th on that list.

Feilhaber's goal was his 16th league goal at home for KC and his 18th in all competitions, tying him with Zusi for 9th place on both lists.

Feilhaber made his 148th appearance in all competitions for KC, breaking his tie with Diego Gutierrez for 19th all time on that list.

Feilhaber made his 123rd appearance in league play for KC, tying him with Chris Brown for 19th all time on that list.

In the 8th minute, Roger Espinoza moved past Mo Johnston and into 10th place for league minutes played for KC, he finished the game with 12,683 minutes played.

Espinoza made his 143rd league start for KC, breaking his tie with Johnston and Jack Jewsbury for 9th all time on that list.

In the 85th minute, Seth Sinovic moved past Matt McKeon and into 13th place for minutes played in league play, he finished the game with 11,590 minutes played.

Sinovic made his 169th appearance in all competitions, tying him with Johnston for 14th all time on that list.

Sinovic and Espinoza made their 163rd starts in all competitions for KC, breaking their tie with Jewsbury for 9th all time on that list.

Graham Zusi made his 230th appearance in all competitions for KC, tying him with Jimmy Conrad for 7th all time on that list.
