Nemeth Linked with Move Back to Europe - Former Sporting Player Update

Krisztian Nemeth’s time in the Middle East could be near an end and other former Sporting player updates.

It’s getting to that time of year when transfer rumors start regularly popping up linking players to new clubs around the world, specifically Europe. One player linked with recent rumors is former Sporting Kansas City forward, Krisztian Nemeth. The Hungarian international has spent the last year and a half in Qatar playing with Al Gharafa after negotiations about a new contract with Sporting fell apart in the winter of 2016. Nemeth had some success in Qatar but at the same time he once again fell out of favor with the Hungarian national team, now Nemeth is apparently looking to return to Europe. Reports out of Poland have him linked with a move to Slask Wroclaw. Wroclaw finished 11th in the 16 team Ekstraklasa in 2016-2017. Nemeth will be hoping to have success similar to his countryman, Nemanja Nikolic who scored 40 goals in 56 games for Legia Warsaw before moving to the Chicago Fire.

There are also three new players added to the list this week with Kharlton Belmar, Felipe Hernandez, and Parker Maher all joining as they all dressed for Sporting KC in their US Open Cup game last week against the Houston Dynamo.
