Juice Boxes and Post Game Stats: An Undefeated Weekend

Kansas City’s teams went unbeaten this weekend with Sporting Kansas City and FC Kansas City both pulling out two goal wins (2-0 and 3-1 respectively) while the Swope Park Rangers came from 2-0 down to tie 2-2 against the Real Monarchs. Here are some stats and milestones from the weekend.

Sporting Kansas City

In the 50th minute, Benny Feilhaber moved past Josh Wolff and into 16th place for league minutes played for Sporting. Then in the 80th minute, Feilhaber moved past Jimmy Nielsen and into 15th place on that list, he finished the game with 11,507 minutes played.

Feilhaber made his 171st appearance in all competitions, breaking his tie with Michael Harrington for 14th all time on that list.

Swope Park Rangers

Kharlton Belmar's goal was his 8th in league play for Swope, breaking his tie with Kris Tyrpak for 2nd all time on that list.

It was Belmar's 8th in all competitions as well, tying him with Dane Kelly for 3rd all time on that list.

Nansel Selbol scored his 6th league goal for Swope Park, tying him with Kelly and Kevin Oliveira for 4th all time on that list.

Maegan Kelly's goal was her 4th in league and all competitions, tying her wtih Frances Silva, Elizabeth Bogus, and Courtney Jones for 9th all time on that list.

In the 81st minute, Becca Moros moved past Amy Rodriguez and into 13th place for league mintues played for FCKC, she finished the game wtih 2,832 minutes played.

Moros made her 34th league appearance, tying her with Rodriguez for 14th all time on that list.
