Kamara Scores First Career Hattrick - Former Sporting Player Update

The New England Revolution and Orlando City met in the “Former Sporting Kansas City Cup” this past weekend, with each team having three former Kansas City players on their roster. The Revolution got the better of this round, winning 4-0 with a former KC player having a hand in all four goals. Kei Kamara, one year after a spat over a penalty kick for a hattrick started his departure from Columbus, earned his first career hattrick for the Revolution. Teal Bunbury finished off the scoring for New England off an assist from another former KC player, Krisztian Nemeth. On the other side, Dom Dwyer remains scoreless for Orlando and hasn’t scored a league goal since May.
