Sporting Kansas City used two second half goals to secure a point on the road with the Colorado Rapids while the Swope Park Rangers won their home opener over the Seattle Sounders 2 4-2 thanks to a pair of goals by Kharlton Belmar. Here are some stats and milestones from the two games this weekend.

Sporting Kansas City

In the 58th minute, Matt Besler moved ahead of Nick Garcia and into 2nd place for league minutes played for Sporting, Besler finished the game with 20,191 minutes played.

Besler made his 273rd appearance in all competitions for KC, tying him with Garcia and Davy Arnaud for 2nd all time on that list.
