The MLS Primary Transfer Window closes at 11:59 p.m. CT. tonight and Sporting Kansas City is unlikely to make any last minute moves.
“Probably nothing is going to happen,” Sporting KC Manager Peter Vermes told The Blue Testament this morning. “As you know we are always looking and we tried. It’s hard based on this time of the year. We tried for quite a long time so we are very interested in getting something in the summer window and we will see how that plays out.”
Once the window in Europe closed it was harder for Sporting KC to work a deal for a player with the other team not being able to bring in a replacement.
