Across State Lines: Palmer-Brown Loan to Holland Official

Erik Palmer-Brown’s playing location for 2018-2019 was made official over this past week as his long reported move to NAC Breda in the Dutch Eredivisie. After a fairly successful first half a season permanently in Europe, Palmer-Brown will look to improve on his games played while playing with Breda who have a fairly good relationship with Palmer-Brown’s club, Manchester City.

While Palmer-Brown knows his loan location, another player on loan is now without a club. Former first round draft pick, Yura Movsisyan will not be returning to Swedish club, Djugarden as expected. Movsisyan was supposed to be on a six month loan to the club after being waived by Real Salt Lake in March. But with the club set to start the second half of their Allsvenskan season, Movsisyan is apparently back in the United States. Movsisyan’s contract with MLS was guaranteed so the league loaned him out to the Swedish club after he was waived by Salt Lake.
