This weekend, Matt Besler set another milestone for his home town club as he became the first player in Sporting Kansas City history to play 250 games for the club. He should be joined in that club later this season by Graham Zusi. Here are stats and milestones from this weekend’s games.

Sporting Kansas City

Matt Besler made his 250th league appearance for KC, he’s the first player to hit that mark for KC.

In the 35th minute, Seth Sinovic hit 20,000 minutes across all competitions for his MLS career.

Sinovic made his 219th appearance in all competitions for KC, breaking his tie with Jack Jewsbury for 10th all time on that list.

Tim Melia recorded his 38th league shutout for KC, breaking his tie with Tony Meola for 2nd all time on that list.

Swope Park Rangers

In the 39th minute, Amer Didic moved ahead of Christian Duke and into first place for league minutes played for Swope, he finished the game with 5,472 minutes played.

In the 19th minute, Amer Didic moved ahead of Duke and into first place for minutes played in all competitions, he finished the game with 6,282 minutes played.

Didic started his 61st league game, tying him with Duke for first all time on that list.

It was Didic’s 69th start in all competitions, tying him with Duke for first on that list as well.

Felipe Hernandez made his 50th league appearance for Swope, he’s the 3rd player to hit that mark.

Hernandez also broke his tie with Nansel Selbol for 3rd all time for league appearances.

In the 70th minute, Hernandez moved ahead of Parker Maher and into 6th place for league mintues played for Swope, he finished the game with 3,352 minutes played.

Colton Storm made his 44th league appearance, breaking his tie with Kharlton Belmar for 8th all time on that list.

Storm made his 48th appearance in all competitions, breaking his tie with Belmar for 8th on that list as well.

Storm started his 43rd league game, tying him with Tyler Pasher for 3rd all time on that list.

Adrian Zendejas made his 37th league start, breaking his tie with Maher and Belmar for 6th all time on that list.
