Sporting KC reveal 2019 primary jersey

The new kit is a departure from previous designs.

Sporting Kansas City has revealed the new primary jersey ahead of the 2019 season. The new primary has Sporting Blue (the color not the canine mascot) as the background. Wavy looking diagonal stripes in Raw Grey cut across the front of the jersey. The Ivy Investments wordmark, adidas Three Stripes and diagonal-striped jock tag are in Sporting KC’s Dark Indigo. Grey shorts and Sporting Blue socks complete the ensemble.

Definitely a different design from any of their previous uniforms.

Fans can see it in person at the Season Kickoff and Kit Launch Party tonight at 6 p.m. CT in the Bloch Lobby of the Nelson-Atkins Museum. The jersey will be available in men’s, women’s and youth sizes alongside the new anthem jacket, travel jacket and primary jersey scarf. It will (of course) be on sale at that time.
