Both Sporting Kansas City and the Swope Park Rangers picked up draws this weekend in their league games (Swope also lost on Wednesday night and those stats are included here). Here are stats and milestones from this weekend’s games.

Sporting KC

Seth Sinovic made his 200th league appearance for KC, he’s the 10th player to reach that mark.

Sinovic’s 200th league appearance tied him with Chris Klein for 9th all time on that list.

Sinovic made his 235th start in all competitions, breaking his tie with Davy Arnaud for 6th all time on that list.

The draw for Sporting KC was Peter Vermes’ 100th as head coach in all competitions for KC, Vermes is now 171-125-100 in all competitions.

In the 65th minute, Benny Feilhaber hit the 20,000 minute mark for league play in MLS.

Tim Melia became the club’s all time leader in league games played in goal for KC with 129.

In the 9th minute, Melia moved ahead of Jimmy Nielsen and into 16th place for minutes played in league play for KC, he finished the game wtih 11,579 minutes played.

Melia made his 129th league appearance for KC, breaking his tie with Nielsen and Dom Dwyer for 18th all time on that list.
