Across State Lines: Wolff to be Named First Austin Head Coach?

Austin FC is still a little over a year and a half from their first MLS season, but it sounds like they are closing in on naming their first head coach. The Athletic is reporting that former Sporting Kansas City forward, and the club’s latest Sporting Legend, Josh Wolff is expected to be named the first head coach of the MLS side when they begin MLS play in 2021. Wolff is currently a US national team assistant under Gregg Berhalter, moving with him from the same position at the Columbus Crew. Here is the rest of this week’s update.
