Across State Lines: Storm Joins USL Championship Side North Carolina

Former Sporting Kansas City defender, Colton Storm has a new club, signing this past week with USL Championship side, North Carolina FC. The 2017 first round pick by Sporting has been without a club since Sporting declined his option in November of last year. He had trialed with DC United but hadn’t earned a contract with the club. North Carolina currently sit in 5th place in the USL Championship’s Eastern Conference, four points behind first place, New York Red Bulls 2. Here’s the rest of this week’s update.
