The Revolution made it this far by knocking off the Montreal Impact in the Play-In match and then outplaying Supporter Shield winning Philadelphia Union.

Expansion side Nashville SC (No. 7 seed) faces the Columbus Crew SC (No. 3 seed) in a classic match of yellow versus yellow teams. Sporting Kansas City vs. Minnesota United FC

8 p.m. CT, FS1/FOX Deportes, TSN, TVA Sports

Sporting Kansas City (No. 1 seed) and Minnesota United (No. 4 seed) seems like a repeat but each team has grown and changed throughout the many seasons of 2020. What has been billed as “The Friendliest Rivalry in Sports” is becoming in little less cordial each time they play. Sporting KC struggled at times with San Jose but when it went to Penalties Tim Melia shutdown the Earthquakes. The Loons beat the Colorado Rapids with a stellar performance from Kevin Molino.
