Updated 2/24/2020: The “tournament” is over and the final standings are uploaded. Columbus win the whole thing and the tournament hosts, Phoenix Rising, pull out a surprise second place finish. SKC finished tied for last.
Update 2/20/2020: We’ve updated the story with the results from the mid-week Sun Cup games.
One weekend of games are in the books for the Visit Tucson Sun Cup. Sporting Kansas City got off to a muted started with a 0-0 draw against Real Salt Lake. They are joined in the tournament by fellow MLS clubs New York Red Bulls, Columbus Crew SC and the Houston Dynamo. Also, the tournament hosts, Phoenix Rising FC of the USL Championship are participating.

- Columbus v Phoenix — 1-0 Crew Win (Dick allowed the goal)

- RSL v Houston — 4-0 Houston Win
- Columbus v NYRB — 1-1 Draw
Saturday, Feb 22nd
