It wasn’t a great weekend for KC’s soccer teams as they all three lost on the weekend with the newly announced KC Current falling 3-0 and Sporting KC II losing 1-0 to close out both their seasons. Here are the stats and milestones from this week.

Sporting KC

In the 66th minute, Graham Zusi hit 25,000 league minutes played for KC, he’s the 2nd player to reach that mark playing for KC.

Ilie Sanchez made his 151st appearance in MLS competitions, tying him with Josh Wolff for 18th all time on that list.

Sanchez started his 158th in all competitions, breaking his tie with Mo Johnston for 15th all time on that list.

Sanchez made his 142nd start in league play, breaking his tie with Tony Meola for 15th all time on that list.

Andreu Fontas made his 50th start in all competitions, he’s the 69th player to reach that mark.

Daniel Salloi made his 35th substitute appearance in league play, breaking his tie with Gerso Fernandes for 10th all time on that list.

It was his 37th substitute appearance in MLS competitions, breaking his tie with Brian Johnson for 11th all time on that list.

It was Salloi’s 44th substitute appearance in all competitions, tying him with Soony Saad and Teal Bunbury for 8th all time on that list.

KC Current

In the 4th minute, Desiree Scott passed Leigh Ann Brown and moved into 5th all time on that list of league minutes played for KC NWSL teams, she finished the game with 5,771 minutes played.

Scott made her 71st appearance in all competitions for KC NWSL teams, breaking her tie with Brown for 5th all time on that list.

Scott made her 65th league start for KC NWSL teams, tying her with Brown for 5th all time on that list.

In the 5th minute, Kaite Bowen passed Merritt Mathias and moved into 14th all time on the list of league minutes played for KC NWSL teams, she finished the game with, 3,215 minutes played.

In the 23rd minute, Bowen passed Becca Moros and moved into 13th all time on that list of minutes played in all competitions for KC NWSL teams, she finished the game with 3,485 minutes played.

Bowen made her 38th league start for KC NWSL teams, breaking her tie with Moros for 13th all time on that list.

In the 72nd minute, Lo’eau LaBonta passed Brittany Kolmel and moved into 10th all time on that list of league minutes played for KC NWSL teams, she finished the game with 3,798 minutes played.

Bowen and LaBonta made their 54th appearances in all competitions for KC NWSL teams, breaking their tie with Frances Silva and Lauren Holiday for 9th all time on that list.

Kristen Edmonds made her 23rd start in all competitions for KC NWSL teams, tying her wtih Sydney Leroux and Christina Gibbons for 20th all time on that list.

Sporting KC II

Graham Smith made his 66th appearance in all competitions for SKCII, tying him with Wilson Harris for 4th all time on that list.

In the 85th minute, Danny Barbir passed Petar Cuic and moved into 14th on the list for league minutes played for SKCII, he finished the game with 3,161 minutes played.
