KC NWSL has updated its preseason roster, trimming it down to 32 players from 40 on February 1st.

In addition, the club signed third round draft picks Victoria Pickett and Addie McCain on two-year agreements. Further details of the agreements were not disclosed.
Pickett, originally from Ontario, Canada, was selected 15th overall from the University of Wisconsin. She has also represented her country at the CONCACAF U-17 Championship and the FIFA U-17 and U-20 World Cup. She was First Team All-Big Ten in 2017 and 2018.
McCain was selected with the 17th overall pick out of Texas A&M University, earning SEC All-Freshman Team honors in 2017. Throughout her Aggies career she earned All-SEC Second Team (2018) and All-SEC First Team (2020).
KC NWSL opens the preseason friendly schedule against the Orlando Pride Wednesday, March 3. Kansas City will then play three more friendlies upon its return to Kansas City. All preseason friendlies will be closed-door, but fans can follow the action on Kansas City’s Twitter (@KCWoSo).
