Gianluca Busio made his 50th appearance in league play for KC, at 18 years, 330 days, Busio is the youngest player to make 50 league appearances for KC. The next youngest was Teal Bunbury who was 21 years, 202 days when he made his 50th appearance.

Busio is the 68th player to make 50 appearances for KC.

In the 56th minute, Roger Espinoza passed Nick Garcia and moved into 4th place all time for league minutes played for KC. He finished the game with 20,193 minutes played.

Espinoza made his 273rd start in all competitions, breaking his tie with Garcia for 4th all time on that list.

Espinoza made his 247th start in MLS competitions, tying him with Garcia for 4th all time on that list.

At 34 years, 180 days Espinoza became the 12th oldest player to appear in a league game for KC as well as the 12th oldest to start a league game for Kansas City. Moving ahead of Tim Melia on both lists.
